A full employment market is when unemployment is low and everyone that is seeking work has work. A healthy employment market is when people are able to work in the field of their experience or preference and there are enough candidates and open positions to allow people to transition in the work force. Although, the goal currently is full employment, the labour market should achieve healthy employment to improve the quality of living standards during the economic recovery.
