The digital transformation leads to the need to research for the influence and divide in rural locations (Bosworth, Price, Collison, & Fox, 2020; Townsend, Wallace, Fairhurst, & Anderson, 2017). Bosworth et al. (2020) propose research of international comparisons for digital transformations in rural areas. Townsend, Wallace, Fairhurst, and Anderson (2016) explore broadband technologies in developing creative industries in rural environments.
