An international artificial intelligence accord
Internationally, countries may agree to commit to standards for the implementation of artificial intelligence algorithms to prohibit and prevent the potential of harm. A draft review and proposal of the potential of the dangers that artificial intelligence can present may outline the risks to populations globally. An international board with representatives from public and private sectors may provide guidance on the content of such a draft. In addition, the creation of an international body with investigative powers could provide support to the enforcement of any policies included in the international accord. An international commission may evaluate and report on draft legislation to be included in the accord. The commission may accept testimony from experts to provide planning, guidance, and requirements of the accord.
